Cecil C. Choate, son of Mr. and Mrs. Steve S. Choate, attended Laing High School. Entered the Air Corps in 1941, trained in Big Spring, Texas, Boca Raton, Fla.; served in Africa, Italy, S. Pacific. Awarded DFC, Air Medal with Oak Leaf Clusters.
