Col. Edward F. Hubbard, son of Mr. and Mrs. C.J. Hubbard; attended Frederick High School and Okla. Univ.; husband of the former Katherine Weiser. Entered Air Corps in 1938, trained in Randolph Field, Texas; served in teh European Theatre; is now on duty in Reno, Nev. Awarded DFC, Air Medal, Croix de Guerre.
