2nd Lt. Garnett B. Whitworth, son of Mr. and Mrs. E. L. Whitworth, graduated from Frederick High School; husband of the former Elwanda Wilkerson.  Entered Air Corps in Dec., 1942, trained in Sheppard Field, San Antonio, Sherman, Shamford, Texas, Altus, Okla., Liberal, Kan., and Roswell, N. M.; was discharged in Oct., 1945.
