Y 2/c Edmond Bayse Wiley, son of Mr. and Mrs. John T. Dotson, attended Frederick High School.  Entered Navy in 1944, trained in San Diego, Cal.; served in Hawaii and Eniwetok; is now on duty in the Marshalls. Awarded Bronze Star.
