Entered Air Corps in Oct., 1942, trained in Harlingen, Texas, Miami Beach, Fla.; went overseas in Feb., 1944, served in England, France, Belgium adn Germany. Awarded Good Conduct Medal, one Silver Star, Bronze Star, Pres. Unit citation with Oak Leaf Cluster.
