Pfc. Billy J. Raley, son of Mr and Mrs. T. A. Raley, attended Frederick High School; husband of the former Jimmie Jean Gibbs. Entered Army in Jan. 1943, trained in Battle Creek, Mich., New York, Philadelphia, Pa., and Ft. Benning, Ga.; went overseas in 1945, served in the Philippines and japan where he is now on duty.
