Cpl. Jack J. Reed, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Jack J. Reed, Sr.  Entered Air Corps in June, 1943, trained in March Field, Cal.; went overseas in Sept. 1944, served in Guam and Okinawa where he is now on duty.  Awarded Asiatic Pacific Ribbon with two Battle Stars. (as per original 1940's publication)
