Pvt. Wm. Perry Spraggins, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Spraggins, attended Victory High School; husband of the former Dorothy Mitchell.  Entered Army in March, 1945, trained in Camp Maxey, Texas; served in Luzon; is now on duty in Japan.
