Cpl. Lee R. Thomson, son of Mr. and Mrs. F. J. Thomson, attended Frederick High School.  Entered Air Corps in July, 1942, trained in Camp Roberts, Cal., Will Rogers Field, Okla., Sheppard Field, Texas, Baltimore, Md., Barksdale Field, La.; went overseas in June, 1944, served in Galapagas Island and Panama.  Awarded Good Conduct Medal, Am. Defense Ribbon.
