Eli E. Barrett, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Barrett, attended Manitou High School. Entered the Air Corps in Nov. 1942, trained in Biggs Field, Texas, Camp Pinedale, Cal. He served in Italy and was awarded Pres. Unit Citation with Oak Leaf Cluster, ETO Ribbon with nine Battle Stars, Good Conduct Medal.
