Entered the Air Corps in Feb.1942, trained in Gowen Field, Iowa; served in England, France, Belgium, Wales, Germany; Awarded Good Conduct Medal, ETO Ribbon with five Battle Stars, Am. Defense Ribbon, Legion of Merit.
