Cpl. Ervin Hardin, Jr., son of Ervin Hardin, Sr., attended Grandfield High School. Entered Air Corps in 1942, trained in Alburquerque, N.M. and Kirtland Field; served in England, France, and Germany; was discharged in Oct. 1945. Awarded ETO Ribbon with five Battle Stars, Pres. Unit Citation with two Oak Leaf Clusters, Good Conduct Medal.
