Sgt. Robert L. Perkins, son of Mr. and Mrs. D. L. Cook, attended Frederick High School; husband of the former Gertrude Hall.  Entered Air Corps in Nov., 1942, trained in Sheppard Field, Texas, Wendover Field, Utah, and Sioux City, Iowa; served in England and France; was discharged in Nov., 1943.  Awarded Pres Unit Citation with Oak Leaf cluster, EAME Ribbon with six Battle Stars, Good conduct Medal.
