Capt. France C. Shelton, son of Mr. and Mrs. E. H. Shelton.  Entered Air Corps in Feb., 1941, trained in the Adjutant General's School; served in Australia, New Guinea, Philippines, Okinawa, Japan; is now on terminal leave.  Awarded Am. Defense Ribbon, Am. Theatre Ribbon, Asiatic Pacific Ribbon with seven Battle Stars, Victory Ribbon, Philippines Lib. Ribbon with one Battle Star.
