T/5 Gwen N. Gaston, husband of the former Betty Jo Barton, attended Wilson High School and Okla. A & M. Entered army in Jan., 1943, trained in Camp Swift, Texas; served in England, France, Belgium and Germany. Awarded Good Conduct Medal, ETO Ribbon with four Battle Stars, French Croix de Guerre and Bronze Arrowhead.
