Cpl. Curtis E. Taylor, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Taylor, attended Frederick High School.  Entered Air Corps in March, 1943, trained in Sheppard Field, Texas; served in Guam and S. Pacific; is now on duty in Pacific.  Awarded Good Conduct Medal, Philippine Lib. Ribbon, Asiatic Pacific Ribbon with three Battle Stars. (text per original 1940's publication)
