Cpl. Robert L. Reed, son of Mr. and Mrs. S. C. Reed, attended Frederick Schools; husband of the former Beatrice Bauch.  Entered Army in May, 1943, trained in Camp Roberts, Cal.; served in New Zealand, New Caledonia, Luzon; is now on duty in Ft. Sam Houston, Texas.  Awarded Asiatic Pacific Ribbon with three Battle Stars, Good conduct Medal, Combat Inf. Badge. (as per original 1940's publication)
