Cpl. Allard W. Loutherback, son of Mr. and Mrs. E.H. Loutherback, graduated from Manitou High School, OBU, Shawnee, and Draughons Business College; husband of the former Etta Tucker. Entered Army in April, 1943, trained in Camp Van Dorn, Miss.; served in England, France, Belgium, and Germany; is now on duty in Camp Bowie, Texas. Awarded ETO Ribbon with one Battle Star, Am. Theatre and Victory Ribbons, Good Conduct Medal.
