Sgt. Arnold F. Williams, son of Mr. and Mrs. Aubrey Williams, graduated from Victory High School; husband of the former Virginia Collett. Entered Army in 1942, trained in Camp Roberts, Cal., and Camp McCoy, Wis., served in Canada, Alaska, the Aleutians and the Philippines; is now on duty in Luzon.  Awarded Combat Inf. Badge, Good Conduct Medal, Asiatic Pacific Ribbon, Philippine Lib. Ribbon.
